The Historic Taconic Wayside Inn located in Copake Falls, NY on Rt 344, formerly Ma Kennedy's Inn, has been a family owned and operated business since 1971.

Joe "Chip" Cipkowski and his wife Ruth opened the inn, restaurant, bar and game room together. Now Joe and his family are continuing the traditions that the local community remembers.
